Easy Peasy Feta Quiche-sy


Wanna do something really simple and quick for dinner? Some food, that is so delicious, it's like a party in your mouth? Well, here's a recipe for the easiest quiche in the world, which you can whip up in under 5 minutes and bake in under 30. You're welcome.

You need:
pastry dough (Yeah, you could make it yourselves, but since we're going for "easy" here, just buy the stuff.)
frozen spinach
cream
eggs
grated cheese
feta

You warm up the frozen spinach. I put mine into a frying pan on very, very low heat, until it was all defrosted and damp. Then whip the eggs together with a generous gulp of cream, salt and pepper and put in some grated cheese. You pour the whole thing over the spinach (let it cool off first!) until it's one gooey green mass and then pour it into a dish, that you have lined with the dough. Crumble up the feta over the whole thing and put it in the oven. 20-30 minutes at 200°C will do.

Tadaa! Ready, set and eat!
